Helping Your Kids Discover Their Gifts and Passions

It seems like it’s taking much longer for our kids to discover why God created them. Many young people struggle trying to find the right career in life because they haven’t focused on using the gifts and talents God gave them. Every child has a special gift and ability which, when practiced, will give them a deep sense of fulfillment in life. People who exercise their natural gifting and talents in the workplace are happy people. One of our jobs as parents is to help our kids discover that talent and then fan it into a flame of passion so they can become everything God designed them to be.
